About me

Whilst building Wales’ largest serviced apartment businesses my absolute passion was continuous improvement with the Customer very much front-and-centre.  During my time in business I offer advice and support as a committed member of several peer-to-peer business groups plus provided hospitality and property consultancy advice as a Business Wales mentor. 
Over a beer or few with my co-Founder, Miles C.Thomas we strongly felt that post pandemic it has never been more important for businesses to understand any and all gaps between how they believe their brand is perceived externally and the real-time sentiment in the market.

Customer Experience (CX) has historically been for the larger enterprise but SME businesses are starting to appreciate the significant benefits in customer retention and brand protection, especially their reputation online.
