Our use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

At Customer Start, our mission is to make the world a better place, one experience at a time. We use Artificial Intelligence (AI) responsibly to support that mission; enhancing human capability, never replacing it.

AI helps us work more efficiently, uncover insights faster and focus our time where it adds the most value: helping organisations create better experiences for customers and employees.

We use AI to support research, analyse feedback, improve efficiency and spark ideas. Every AI-supported output is reviewed, refined and owned by a Customer Start consultant.

AI does not make decisions, replace human judgement or interact with clients without oversight. People remain accountable for every recommendation we make.

We take data protection and ethics seriously, following UK GDPR and never using client data to train third-party AI models.​

Our commitment is simple: use AI transparently, ethically and in service of better human experiences.
